We make Gorwydd Caerphilly by hand using unpasteurised (raw) cows milk and traditional animal rennet.

Gorwydd Caerphilly is a traditional territorial cheese which we mature for 2 months in order to achieve a beautiful earthy rind, a creamy breakdown and a lemony crumbly centre.
